Medic Resume Upload

Thank you for utilizing our online application form. Much of our work is seasonal therefore your application will be kept on file, so be sure to submit any updates regarding your resume. Please note that the main fire season is from June to September and the main oil patch season is from November through March.

Before submitting your resume, please have the following information on hand:

Scanned copies (in PDF format) of your Driver's Licence, First Aid Level 3 Certificate and all other valid Certificates - to be uploaded with your resume. If you are unable to scan or convert to PDF you may forward a copy of your certificates via fax to 250 787 8839 (be sure to include a cover page with your full name so we can add your fax to your resume).
The following information from your Forestry/Remote experience for the past 2-3 years. This information is now required by Forestry. If you do not have all if this information please include everything you do have especially approximate locations and dates.

             4. Length of service
             5. Name of Fire
             6. Fire Number
             7. Employer/Company

Please do not contact Alpha Safety Ltd for any information regarding the above information. Due to the high volume of applications we will not be able to search through years of files for information.

To prepare your tickets for uploading, do the following before submitting your resume:

1. Place all tickets face down on a scanner, in the space of a Letter size page.
2. Scan the documents
3. Convert the document to a PDF or MSWORD file type
4. Save the file on your PC
5. When prompted, upload the file with your resume

If your tickets do not all fit onto one page, use additional pages and repeat the same procedure as above.

Remember to use only PDF or MSWord file types - anything else will not upload and you will have to do your application over.
