Enform was created in 2005 by the merger of the Petroleum Industry Training Service (incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1961) and the Canadian Petroleum Safety Council (established in 1998). They are owned, directed and partially funded by six upstream petroleum industry trade associations:

• Canadian Association of Geophysical Contractors (CAGC)
• Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (CAODC)
• Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP)
• Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA)
• Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC)
• Small Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (SEPAC)

For further information please visit their website: www.enform.ca [Back to top]

In regards to the Advanced Level 3 First Aid course, your first exam is included in the course cost; if you should fail you are given an opportunity to re-write the next day for an additional fee. If you should not pass the second test, students are required by law to re-take the entire course. Here at Alpha Safety Ltd we give students the first re-take at the cost of the exam, supplies and replacement paperwork. For more information on costs please contact the office. [Back to top]
