Cancellation Policy

Effective March 2006

Due to an ongoing problem of “NO SHOWS” for courses, Alpha Safety Ltd. has been forced to enact new registration and cancellation policies.

REGISTRATION

All students must PRE-PAY for courses before they can be registered.
*** For Advanced Level 3 First Aid & EMR please contact the office.

OR

An approved company must be provided for billing (with PO# if required)

CANCELLATION

All students must cancel their course 24 HOURS PRIOR (by 12:00pm the day prior to the class date) to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Failure to do so, the student will forfeit all monies paid toward the course.

Companies must cancel their employee’s course 24 HOURS PRIOR (by 12:00pm the day prior to the class date) in failure to do so, a no-show fee will be applied.

*** For Advanced Level 3 First Aid & EMR we require 7 business days notice of cancellation. Contact the office regarding these courses.

Alpha Safety Ltd. has a 24 HOUR NUMBER (250-787-9315) available to call if cancellation is necessary.
